Léa was well attentive for me throughout my entire transaction. Leading up to my purchase, Léa made me dodge a bullet where I wanted to buy a condo but thanks to Léa's investigation, she discovered while reviewing their documents and their assembly minutes that the owners are in the middle of an major litigation with the builder and that there was a special assement being scheduled on the condo fees due to all the expenses of this litigation. That level of detail and due diligence was something I've never seen with my previous broker I've worked with. Thankfully we moved away from that property and found my home not long after.
